All members shall adhere to the following fundamental principles:

1. Peaceful Advocacy: We pursue our goals exclusively through peaceful, legal, and democratic means. Violence, incitement to violence, or any form of extremism is strictly prohibited. الدعوة السلمية: نسعى لتحقيق أهدافنا حصريًا من خلال الوسائل السلمية والقانونية والديمقراطية. العنف أو التحريض على العنف أو أي شكل من أشكال التطرف محظور تمامًا.

• Support fellow members and contribute to a positive environment دعم الأعضاء الآخرين والمساهمة في بيئة إيجابية
• Report concerns or violations through appropriate channels الإبلاغ عن المخاوف أو الانتهاكات من خلال القنوات المناسبة

• Protect the privacy and personal information of fellow members حماية خصوصية ومعلومات الأعضاء الشخصية
• Maintain confidentiality of internal party discussions and strategies الحفاظ على سرية المناقشات والاستراتيجيات الداخلية للحزب
• Handle sensitive information with appropriate care التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة بالعناية المناسبة

1. Violence or threats: Any form of violence, threats, intimidation, or incitement against any person or group العنف أو التهديدات: أي شكل من أشكال العنف أو التهديد أو التخويف أو التحريض ضد أي شخص أو مجموعة
2. Discrimination: Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech based on ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other characteristic التمييز: المضايقة أو التمييز أو خطاب الكراهية على أساس العرق أو الدين أو الجنس أو أي سمة أخرى
3. Extremism: Advocating for or associating with terrorist organizations or extremist ideologies التطرف: الدعوة أو الارتباط بالمنظمات الإرهابية أو الأيديولوجيات المتطرفة
4. Fraud: Financial misconduct, misuse of party funds, or fraudulent activities الاحتيال: سوء السلوك المالي أو إساءة استخدام أموال الحزب أو الأنشطة الاحتيالية
5. Sabotage: Actions that intentionally harm the party's reputation, operations, or members التخريب: الأفعال التي تضر عمدًا بسمعة الحزب أو عملياته أو أعضائه
6. Unauthorized representation: Speaking on behalf of the party without authorization or misrepresenting party positions التمثيل غير المصرح به: التحدث باسم الحزب دون إذن أو تحريف مواقف الحزب

Members shall maintain professional conduct in all online interactions:

يحافظ الأعضاء على السلوك المهني في جميع التفاعلات عبر الإنترنت:

• Use respectful language even when disagreeing with others استخدام لغة محترمة حتى عند الاختلاف مع الآخرين
• Verify information before sharing to avoid spreading misinformation التحقق من المعلومات قبل المشاركة لتجنب نشر المعلومات المضللة
• Avoid engaging in online arguments that could damage the party's image تجنب الدخول في جدالات عبر الإنترنت قد تضر بصورة الحزب
• Clearly indicate when expressing personal views versus party positions الإشارة الواضحة عند التعبير عن الآراء الشخصية مقابل مواقف الحزب
• Report harassment or threats directed at party members الإبلاغ عن المضايقات أو التهديدات الموجهة لأعضاء الحزب

When conflicts arise between members:

1. First, attempt direct and respectful dialogue أولاً، محاولة الحوار المباشر والمحترم
2. If unresolved, seek mediation from a coordinator إذا لم يُحل، طلب الوساطة من منسق
3. Escalate to the Ethics Committee only when necessary التصعيد إلى لجنة الأخلاقيات فقط عند الضرورة

Members observing Code of Conduct violations should report them confidentially to the Ethics Committee. Reports will be handled with discretion and investigated fairly.

Violations of this Code may result in the following disciplinary actions:
