The official name of the organization is "South Transformation Party" (STP), known in Arabic as "حزب التغيير الجنوبي".

The party operates as a political organization of the South Yemeni diaspora, seeking formal registration in applicable jurisdictions where its members reside.

A prosperous South Yemen where every citizen enjoys hope for a better future, lives in stability and security, and receives their rights with complete justice.

جنوب يمني مزدهر يتمتع فيه كل مواطن بالأمل في مستقبل أفضل، ويعيش في استقرار وأمان، وينال حقوقه بعدالة تامة.

To transform the political, economic, and social conditions of South Yemen through peaceful democratic struggle, building strong political representation for Southerners in the diaspora, and contributing to achieving the aspirations of the Southern people for freedom and dignity.

To achieve the right of self-determination for the people of South Yemen through peaceful democratic means, including support for an internationally supervised referendum.

6. Southern Unity: We represent all people of the South, respect Southern diversity, and reject regionalism and tribalism.

Membership is open to any person who:

• Is of South Yemeni origin (at least one parent or grandparent), OR is married to a person of South Yemeni origin, OR demonstrates genuine commitment to the Southern cause
• Is at least 18 years of age (16+ for youth membership)
• Agrees to uphold this Constitution and the party's values
• Commits to peaceful, democratic methods
• Is not a member of any organization hostile to the party's goals

• من أصل جنوبي يمني (أحد الوالدين أو الأجداد على الأقل)، أو متزوج من شخص من أصل جنوبي، أو يُظهر التزاماً حقيقياً بالقضية الجنوبية

• Full Members: Voting rights and eligible to hold office
• Associate Members: Non-Southern supporters; advisory voice, no voting on internal matters
• Youth Members: Ages 16-17; participate in youth activities with limited voting rights

All members have the right to participate in party activities, access information, and be treated fairly. All members have the responsibility to uphold the Constitution, promote the party's values, and contribute to its activities.

The highest decision-making body, convening every two years. Responsible for electing the National Council, amending the Constitution (by two-thirds majority), and setting strategic direction.

أعلى هيئة لصنع القرار، يُعقد كل سنتين. مسؤول عن انتخاب المجلس الوطني وتعديل الدستور (بأغلبية الثلثين) وتحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي.

Comprises 15-25 elected members who oversee party affairs between Congresses, elect the Secretary-General and Executive Committee, and approve major decisions.

يتكون من 15-25 عضواً منتخباً يشرفون على شؤون الحزب بين المؤتمرات، وينتخبون الأمين العام واللجنة التنفيذية، ويوافقون على القرارات الكبرى.

Comprises 5-7 members responsible for day-to-day operations, implementing National Council decisions, and managing party resources.

تتكون من 5-7 أعضاء مسؤولين عن العمليات اليومية وتنفيذ قرارات المجلس الوطني وإدارة موارد الحزب.

The chief executive officer of the party, elected by the National Council for a two-year term (maximum two consecutive terms). Represents the party officially and chairs the Executive Committee.

المسؤول التنفيذي الأول للحزب، يُنتخب من المجلس الوطني لفترة سنتين (بحد أقصى فترتين متتاليتين). يمثل الحزب رسمياً ويرأس اللجنة التنفيذية.

Comprises 3-5 members elected by the General Congress to ensure transparency, audit finances, and handle complaints.

تتكون من 3-5 أعضاء يُنتخبون من المؤتمر العام لضمان الشفافية ومراجعة المالية ومعالجة الشكاوى.

Established in cities/regions with sufficient membership. Each branch operates within central guidelines and elects its own local committee.

تُؤسس في المدن/المناطق التي فيها عضوية كافية. يعمل كل فرع ضمن التوجيهات المركزية وينتخب لجنته المحلية.

All decisions shall be made democratically, with transparency, and with respect for minority views. Consensus is preferred; where not achievable, decisions are made by majority vote.

تُتخذ جميع القرارات ديمقراطياً، بشفافية، ومع احترام آراء الأقلية. يُفضل الإجماع؛ وحيث لا يمكن تحقيقه، تُتخذ القرارات بالتصويت بالأغلبية.

A quorum of 50% + 1 of eligible members is required for any official vote. Constitutional amendments require two-thirds of the General Congress.

يُشترط نصاب 50% + 1 من الأعضاء المؤهلين لأي تصويت رسمي. تتطلب التعديلات الدستورية ثلثي المؤتمر العام.

The party shall maintain transparent financial records. All income and expenditure shall be reported publicly. The Treasurer shall provide quarterly reports to the National Council and annual reports to the General Congress. The party shall comply with all applicable laws regarding political donations in jurisdictions where it operates.

يحافظ الحزب على سجلات مالية شفافة. تُعلن جميع الإيرادات والمصروفات علنياً. يقدم أمين الصندوق تقارير ربع سنوية للمجلس الوطني وتقارير سنوية للمؤتمر العام. يلتزم الحزب بجميع القوانين المعمول بها بشأن التبرعات السياسية في الدول التي يعمل فيها.

This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the General Congress. Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the Congress.

يجوز تعديل هذا الدستور بأغلبية ثلثي أصوات المؤتمر العام. يجب تقديم التعديلات المقترحة كتابياً قبل 30 يوماً على الأقل من المؤتمر.
